    Very nice, but a few things to consider

    Very clean, easy to access, kind and attentive personnel, location. The apartment has everything you need, and all details were amazing. Its wonderful!

    Elevator NOT suitable for strollers/wheelchairs. And one more particular thing: There is a woman next door who screams random things and insults to all tourists in the apartment. Specially after 21:00. We were with our baby, not making any noise and she was still shouting things at us in a quite harrassing manner. A bit awkward and not comfortable, specially re. the price you pay. We understand that it must be terrible for her that the whole building is full of touristic apartments, but harassing individuals is not a solution to her problem. Its time Firenze Rentals takes some action.

    Location and facilities were amazing for the price and the area

    Phenomenal location!

    Mosquitos EVERYWHERE. Heading home covered in bites, struggled to sleep most nights. Killed at least 30, and got spray, no good. They was also super loud contraction at 6am through the day on the final two days of our stay
