    Great location, comfortable bed.

    Information about parking was imprecise. Parking available few hundred meters away from hotel is not what I was expecting when I was searching room with parking available.

    The apartment itself was quite satisfactory, located in a top location and clean. It’s a bit small, but ideal for 1–2 people. In the apartment you have everything you need for comfortable staying. Be aware, if you’re arriving by car, there is no parking available on that street, and the nearest garage can often be completely full.

    The staff who welcomed us were extremely unfriendly, honestly I’ve never experienced anything like that before. To be fair, we were late for the check in, and we informed them of that. Due to difficulties with the GPS and the inability to find parking in Florence and near the apartment, the gentleman had to wait for us (which he also charged €60 for). That was our mistake and out poor organization, but the rudeness and the tone he used to greet us are not appropriate for someone working in tourism or for a property owner.
