  Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. Nonexistent soundproofing, poor standards, bad Wi-Fi, overpriced.

  Decent location. The gentleman working the lobby bar was friendly and genuinely helpful - the one exception among the staff.

  Soundproofing is nonexistent. The windows might as well be open. We requested another room and were moved three floors higher, away from the road. Still too loud to sleep. The problem is the glazing, not the location. Guests have complained about this since 2024, management replied but clearly did nothing. Wi-Fi was miserable, constantly disconnecting and completely unreliable throughout our five-night stay. Reliable internet was important to us, yet even this basic expectation wasn't met. Not a single bottle of drinking water in five nights. We arrived at 1 AM, and reception told us they had none and suggested buying some from the bar in the morning. Empty, unplugged fridge, no kettle. The lobby water cooler smelled so bad we didn't trust it. Barely any amenities: cheap, seemingly diluted shampoo, soap, no slippers despite cold tiled floors (we asked; they don't have any), no bathrobes or telephone. Hairdryer and iron only upon request, both extremely cheap. Just two bath towels and one hand towel for two guests, and three hangers for five nights. Maintenance is equally poor. The room safe was locked and unusable, directly beneath a notice disclaiming responsibility for missing belongings. Hot water stopped working completely on our last day and took 30 minutes to restore. Staff are indifferent, rarely greeting or acknowledging guests. Reviews from 2024 describe the same behavior. Management's responses claim guest comfort is their priority, yet the same issues have remained unresolved for years. One response was even addressed to the wrong guest. This is a 2-star experience at 4-star prices. A hotel that can't provide reliable Wi-Fi, a quiet room, drinking water, or basic hospitality has no business advertising itself as a 4-star property. Stay elsewhere.

  I would just continue to pay the difference in a nicer hotel and uber prices then worrying about being close to the stad

  The lady at check in was super sweet and the location is very convenient for any event at the stadium

  The AC barely worked. The room was constantly hot. The WiFi did not work so the TV also did not work.

  Buena ubicacion,el desayuno excelente y la chef muy amable y cortes en todo momento

  El WiFi nunca trabajo y el aire acondicionado tampoco no se sentia el fresco ya que la habitacion estaba del lado donde siempre daba el sol y no sirculaba el aire
