Very clean,literally everything was there that was needed for even longer stay than 7 days...loved table top iron board & also the idea of having a scissors,insulation tape,with the usual utensils,hairdryer,soap,& mini library ( sorry was so busy didn't get to finish my book to leave ).Location. so close to beach ( loved the lift).Cafe/restaurant just about 4 door up,with a lovely Portuguese guy dishing out lovely food.7am - 5pm.Police station across the road,so felt so safe & were v friendly.Train station 7 mins away as is center of Torremolinos.with loads of shopping,bars & restaurants. Walked to Belamendia.loved the pool which apartment had access to,lovely jets to ease pains after long walks,nice dept for non swimmer,but also has a deeper side....only slight negative didn't think receptionist at front desk of the apt block v helpful,just asked if tv could be put on,he handed me controls,which wouldn't operate either TV in their longe....2 tvs in our apartment which was easy to operate youtube through phone.Only met our host on arrival & he was informative & assured us he was contactable if required,he lived close by...can't wait to return,unfortunately looking like 2027 hols are sorted,but would love in 2028 if could do a 3 - 4 wks in this apt...excellent

Une perle rare : super emplacement, hôte adorable et prestations au top !
Tout ! Séjour très agréable dans l'appartement. Estefania est une hôte aux petits soins, disponible, serviable et attentionnée. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, proche de tout : du centre, de la gare, des commerces et de la plage. La résidence dispose d'une piscine très bien entretenue, ainsi que d'un ascenseur privé menant directement à la plage. Le parking est aussi gratuit au sein de la résidence. L'appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, est très calme et très bien équipé. Un grand merci à Estefania pour son chaleureux accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!
