    Very bad experience. I would rather book and airbnb.

    The view from the balcony

    1st suite was infested with cockroaches literally flying hugh ones. reception just moved me to another suite no apology or explanation. 2nd suite shower did not work. Bedding dusty and stained. could not open balcony doors as the braai area directly infront of the rooms keep blowing all the smoke into the rooms. Pool was dirty with empty packets, sand, etc. Noise from other occupants at the pool was infuriating going on well after the 10pm cut off time. I had to go out at 04h00 to travel for a work event and could not get out the resort in time as the security at the main gate was asleep. i had to get out of my car and walk the pathway at 04h00 in the morning to wake him up to open the gate for me. Reception and hallways dirty. floors slippery & wet due to everyone walking in and out of the pool. Corridor lights dont work properly. Its really sad how these once 5 star resorts have been left to tarnish.

    The apartment is very nice, it's giving home like and the view was a wow.

    The shower which was very small, the N-suite was fine
