מאכזב, סה"כ ניסו לעזור אבל המקום לא מתוחזק.
חבל, הצוות היה זמין בסה"כ, לא באמת מצאו פתרונות לבעיות שצצו כבר מהרגע הראשון אבל באמת הגיעו כדי לנסות ולגשר על כך.
הגענו, יום ראשון בצהריים, הגענו לדירה חנוקה, בסלון על אחת הספות היה פתק שרשום עליו לא תקין. בפינה בסלון היה משהו דיי גדול שהיה מכוסה סדינים, לא הבנו למה הבית נראה כמו מחסן ולא באמת כמו בתמונות. אחרי שניסנו להבין מזה ראינו שמדובר במיטה מתקפלת. נכנסנו לחדרים, החלונות לא נסגרים, המצעים היו נראים משומשים, הציפיות של הכריות מסריחות, בקשנו מהצוות לדעת איפה יש מצעים נקיים, והופננו לארונות שם חשכו עיננו. מצעים מטונפים, מגולגלים בתוך הארונות. שלחתי לצוות את התמונות, בקשנו להחליף דירה, וכשהבנו שאין אשתי אמרה טוב נעשה כביסה במכונה, שהבנו שאנחנו תקועים בלי דירה נורמאלית. מסתבר שגם מכונת כביסה אין, הגיעו פתחו לנו מחסן נעול בתוך הבית, 2 מכונות כביסה לא תקינות. אז נכון הצוות הציע לקחת לנו את הכביסות למכבסה, ואמר לי שעולה 60 שקל ל 6 קג. זו התשובה שלו. אבל מה שכתוב בבוקינג ממש לא מציג את המציאות. חבל לשם אנחנו לא נחזור. קניתי מצעים חדשים מכספי, אחרי שהבנו שאין לנו מה לעשות. ממש חבל. ידיות הדלתות לא תקינות, הבת שלי בת 5 נתקעה במקלחת, בקיצור המקום לא מתוחזק. כל התירוץ שלהם היה שחבורה של צעירים הגיעו ועשו להם הרבה נזקים, זה לא תירוץ. ואני לא צריך לשלם על זה. שלמתי ממיטב כספי על מקום שהייה, תקין ובטוח. חלון הממד אפילו לא ננעל, כשאמרתי לבעל הבית שזה לא בטיחותי, התחיל להתווכח איתי שזה בסדר.

Nice comfortable budget stay in Eilat
Location is decent. Near the big hotels and the ice mall. Property was a good price and had rooms to comfortably sleep 6. No special view
Things were a little run down. Cracks in kitchen floor, door handle for one of the bathrooms broke. One of the pull out couches is broken. Jacuzzi does not seem functional. Also didn’t have much introduction or guidance from the manager. Discovered that I couldn’t drive out of the parking lot at 7:30am because he hadn’t added us to the account app to open the gate
