    Okay

    Convenient

We reserved a villa, states for 4 people. It was too small and downgraded to a king size room. I’m was told I would get a refund, since it’s a downgrade. Fishers Inn says Booking.com has to give them a quote what a king size room would be and Booking.com has not answered So I’m frustrated
