    Location

    Not advised by staff where hotel restaurant was or asked if we wanted to book meals. Toilets in adjoining coach house inn were foul. When we arrived on Wednesday 14th, toilet floor was wet and there was feaces on the toilet seats (female toilets) male toilets were foul smelling.

    Hotel was fine, reception staff need to realise first impressions are made at check in.
