    Great location but needs a good clean/refresh.

    Location close to village centre. Ability to park directly outside front door. Deck with views and BBQ.

    Overall in need of a refresh. But: more importantly needs better cleaning. Specifically plates in kitchen cupboard had dried on food on them. Cutlery in drawer was dirty. The ‘throw’ on the sofa had food crumbs folded in to it. The floors and carpets all look tired and in need of a clean.

    Great location, lovey little cottage and Danny was always there to answer our questions promptly.

    Location was great and relatively easy to find after a very long and dark night time trip from London. Cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. Felt like a genuine home. St Mawes a very pretty English seaside village and we had a great walk on the Salt Path to St Just.

    Slightly tricky back door locking (perhaps only for Australians!) Also, during our stay in the post-Xmas period many places, shops, cafes, hotels and even the St Mawes Castle, were closed. The RisingSun Hotel was open and excellent.
