    A lovely flat and nearly perfect

    We used the flat for a family wedding in Broughty Ferry traveling up from the Midlands. Fantastic location in the Ferry within walking distance of the front, town and the station. Very comfortable beds and it had everything we needed for our week's stay. Lovely bathroom and all facilities you'd need in the kitchen. We were missing sheets for the second single for the kids but John fixed this really quickly when asked. Great communication and service!

    Four simple fixes would make it perfect: bathroom radiator is rusty and let's the room down; sofas were heavily stained; TV doesn't have live feed so reliant on old now TV box for apps; and chipped crockery in kitchen. Stairs up are very steep but this is clear in reviews, but the second double bed is also on the landing area so noisier than a private room.
