  There is enough space in the apartment.

  I would not recommend this apartment anymore. This was our second stay, and it was extremely disappointing. We left after one night because the accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, service, or professionalism. Some of the points noticed on our arrival; the beds, pillows, bathroom floor, and couch were not properly cleaned. There was hair from previous guests on the beds and bathroom floor, a stained pillow, couch had dust and crumbs in the corners and sides. After a long and late journey, having to clean the beds ourselves before sleeping was completely unacceptable. Although some issues were addressed the next day, the response given in person by the owner to our feedback was poor and unwelcoming. Other information was also not shared in advance, including the request to limit air conditioning use, the uncut grass.. The lack of mosquito screens was still a downside as the apartment will be full of bugs when opening the windows. Another serious issue was the way our departure was handled after deciding to leave the apartment earlier. Even though we received approval to leave by 7 p.m. on the second day as we had already plans and the alternate accommodation needed time to get our rooms ready, we were pressured afterwards to leave earlier. They entered the apartment (without our permission and presence) while our belongings were still there, this was a clear breach of privacy. The owner and staff then behaved rudely and unprofessionally, including threatening to remove our belongings if we didn’t leave within the hour. They did not care for a negative review as they cancelled my booking as "No Show" which would not allow me to leave a review, but I disputed this with Booking.com. For this price category, the cleanliness, communication, and handling of guests were far below an acceptable standard.

  After being met with such rudeness we went to Hotel Kristaly which was wonderful.

  When you rent a house you expect to have the use of the whole house. Not here! All the rooms (with the exception of 1) were locked. My husband I were traveling for work and we were expecting to use two bedrooms as to not bother each other while on calls to the US. The host had the nerve to tell us that because it was only the two of us, we only needed one bedroom. My husband I live in a house that has four bedrooms so based on her opinion we should not use most of our house? What kind of a hospitality is this? In addition to her rudeness, the house was full of moth and strange bugs.
