Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, responding very quickly to all my requests and making my stay as comfortable as possible. My Deluxe room was spacious, especially by New York standards, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, with plenty of great coffee shops nearby. The area also felt safe and convenient.
As a coffee lover, I would have appreciated a better in-room coffee machine, such as Nespresso or De’Longhi, with quality coffee pods, some creamer, and proper coffee mugs. A small mini-fridge in the room would also be a nice addition to enhance the overall stay experience.

Nice hotel in good location, but a bit noisy at night
Location was great. It's right by grand Central station and a short walk to times square and theaters. The room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice size. The restaurant and bar had good food and a lovely outdoor patio area. Staff were friendly.
Room was very expensive, but all rooms in the city were at a premium price at the time. There was a lot of outside construction noise one night. At one point there was a loud drilling sound and my bed was rattling from it at around 2am. Better variety of tv channels would be nice.

Comfy rooms, friendly staff, fabulous location for the train and subway.
Fantastic location right outside Grand Central with lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, cute boutique hotel with lots of character.
Can't think of any negatives, this was a very cute spot.
