  Potential to be excellant

  Good location just 10 min walk to centre Good layout nice and bright Bed really comfy good quality line Felt very secure Good tv with plenty of channels

  This could be a really good apartment but needs some tlc - -Bedroom carpet disgusting glad I took slippers stains all over it -Wardrobe and drawers rammed with bags of linen and towels nowhere to put our clothes had loads of coathangers but hardly any that werent bend out of shape or broken - Lovely quilted throw on the bed but it was all stained Bathroom floor tiles cracked Wash basin cracked Toilet roll holder coming off wall Living area rug badly stained TV unit had folded up pamphlets under the legs and the cupboards in it were kept closed by stuffing folded up pamphlets in the doors Cushions on sofa grubby Store cupboard looked like someone had opened the door and just threw the ironing board etc in Rubbish room filthy with rubbish just thrown on the floor There is an elevator in the building which apparently hasnt worked for a while and I dont think they intend to repair it sny time soon but Booking.com says it does have an elevator

  The location of the apartment was great and it was bigger than the pictures suggest. We travelled as a group of 4 and felt there was a good amount of space. There were some minor decor ageing within the apartment but it was clean and comfortable.

  Our stay was just ok. Wouldn't recommend for overseas travellers with plenty of luggage.

  Location good. In easy walking distance to city, cafes and pubs.

  Lift not working. Had to traipse up 6 flights of narrow steps with 3 suitcases 🥵😡 Messaged contact at Fitzrovia immediately upon arrival. No response. Lift looked like it has been out of order for some time. We were not advised that lift inoperable. Would not have booked it if we had known. Property not well maintained. Foyer was dirty and unkempt.

  Spacious and great location.

  Very spacious apartment, perfect to meet our needs. Clean comfortable beds and lots of towels. Kitchen well equipped. Fantastic location right in the centre.

  We were situated at the top floor (4th), with the staircase 3ft wide leading around the lift that was not working. Carrying a 20kg suitcase upstairs in that narrow space left me out of breath. I would clarify with the owner before booking which floor your apartment is on if you have a heavy luggage.
