    We feel aggrieved that host hasn't contacted us in any way about the serious problem with the lock

    the position suited us well. If the three problems had not arisen, the unit would have been good.

    1. The key to the front door got stuck in the lock, so we were unable to leave the unit as we would have had to leave the key in the front door. Eventually Urban Rest got a locksmith and the problem (which was with the barrel of the lock) was fixed, but we were hours late at the dinner we had flown down to Melbourne to attend. Urban Rest has not contacted us to apologize, or to offer us any compensation. 2. One shower head didn't work. 3. There was no kettle!
