    Avoid this hotel - scam

    Nothing

The host informed us that the hotel was overbooked and said that these things happen. He showed no empathy and did not even apologize for the situation. He offered us alternative accommodation at another B&B, but we declined because we did not feel confident about his reliability. He then refused to cancel the reservation himself and told us to request a refund through Booking.com instead. As a result, we were left without a place to stay at 5 p.m. in Anacapri. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend booking this property.
