Excellent! Recommended!
Great location. Very clean, with quality finishing. Fantastic, warm and very helpful owners and staff.
At first I was surprised about the distance to recommended parking at Park San Giusto, partly because Google Maps gave us a poor route down back alleys that were difficult for luggage. However, there are better routes that are fine, and the owners provide a helpful 15% off coupon (full rate in 2026 was €24 per 24-hour period). But everything turned out fine, and on checking out we brought the car to the hotel to pick up the luggage.

Friendly guesthouse in wonderful location
Five Flowers is in wonderful location overlooking the Adriatic and a few minutes' walk from the main square, also close to the Grand Canal and old town. The street it's one has several restaurants but is quite quiet. We had a fantastic welcome from the host who even phoned a restaurant to make sure we could have dinner even though we'd arrived at 10pm. The room was spacious and comfortable and all the processes (check-in etc) were smooth and friendly
This is the same for any central property in Trieste, but street parking is hard to find, we used the San Giusto public car park which is about 10 minutes walk away - the property can provide a discount voucher

Nice clean comfortable room, very kind staff. Location is perfect.
Fridge is small a bit, and it is hard to find a parking place. Public beach is far from the center of town, but if visit the close one, there is not free entrance to swim in the sea.

Den Aufenthalt können wir empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
Top Lage im Zentrum und direkt am Hafen. Schönes ,komfortables Zimmer mit Meerblick und allen wichtigen Extras z.B. Kaffeemaschine samt Kaffee ,Wasserkocher, großer Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage etc. Super sauber, liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Besonders freundlicher Empfang mit vielen Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation via WhatsApp seitens der Unterkunft war super praktisch.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen !! - Parken ist in den Seitenstraßen möglich, teilweise kostenfrei oder auch in Parkhäusern in der Nähe.
