Please note our building doesn't have Reception 24h that's why Contactless Check in is required. We will be in touch with the guest soon enough to organize their check in. In that case the payments will be done before the guests arrive at the Property. Please note that the total amount of guests must be entered in the reservation. Only declared guests will be able to check-in. Visitors are not allowed. The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in. The number of guests attending must be stated in the reservation and for extra guests, there is a EUR 40 fee per person, per night. Children under 5 years old can stay for free. When booking for 9 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that guests have to contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee: Between 22:30 and 00:00 – EUR 20,00 Between 00:00 and 02:00 – EUR 50,00 Check-ins after 02:00 cannot be accommodated.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
