Kellemes napok Bulgáriában
Jó elhelyezkedésű hatalmas szálloda, impozáns medencékkel. Az ételvalaszték szuper (reggeli és vacsora), mindenki talál kedvére valót. A homokos tengerpart sétatávolságra, saját kijelölt nyugágyakkal. Szuper tafas szobát kaptunk csodás kilátással. Kedves meglepetés volt a gyümölcskosár.
A takarítás kritikán aluli. Megérkezéskor a lepedő és a párna foltos volt, azonnal kértünk cserét, ekkor láttuk, hogy a matracvédő pedig csupa hajszál. A WC sem volt tiszta. A takarítónő meg fejeket vágott, látszott, hogy nem tetszik neki. A személyzet egyébként is kissé furcsa volt. Volt, aki kedves volt, volt, aki értetlen, na meg kicsekkoláskor egy tanuló volt, aki el akarta kérni újra a szoba árát, holott azt már kifizettük... Ami még negatív volt, hogy az egész hotelt átjarja a cigiszag. És amin totál kiakadtam, hogy a teraszon, ahol reggelit és vacsorát lehet fogyasztani, aki úgy gondolja, rágyújthat. Ez teljességgel elfigadhatatlan, és szóvá is tettem, de kb. semmi nem történt...

Spacious room, comfortable bed, sea view from the balcony, safe hotel surroundings, and a large pool area.
Breakfast is below five-star standards with no late-breakfast option; lunch and dinner have very limited menus, and only water is included with dinner without this being clearly communicated at booking. The pool water is cold, the hotel does not arrange local tours, and some receptionists are not sufficiently knowledgeable about local or hotel events.
