    The hotel was overall okay, but our experience upon arrival was quite disappointing. When we checked in, there was already a discussion about the price of our booking. The staff mentioned that they did not want to give us the room for the confirmed price and suggested downgrading us instead. This made the check-in process complicated and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the stay itself was acceptable, but the situation at arrival left a negative impression.
