  Bad experience at this hotel

  Nothing that i like here

  Dirty chairs, bathroom, stinky room. Gave me 3rd floor room with no Sea view but i paid for a sea view room. Asked the lady front desk, but she could not do anything for me. Called booking.com customer service but getting nothing back.

  Horrid.

  The location was the only positive

  ⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience – We Will Not Be Returning My family and I have stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and Tower numerous times over the years and have never had any issues until this visit. Unfortunately, the way I was treated by the general manager has completely changed our opinion of this hotel, and we will not be returning. Earlier that morning, a situation occurred that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I made the decision to remove myself and my family from the situation because I did not want to be involved. Later, I went into the office simply to ask my husband a question and make sure everything was okay. The general manager took it completely out of context, yelled at me, refused to allow me to explain myself, and even threatened to kick me out of the hotel. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, respect, and willingness to hear my side of the story. No guest should feel intimidated, disrespected, or threatened when they are simply trying to communicate. What makes this even more disappointing is that we have stayed here multiple times without any problems. We chose this hotel on previous occasions because of our past experiences, but this interaction has completely changed that. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but how a situation is handled says a lot about a person’s character and professionalism. I am not expecting special treatment. I simply expect to be spoken to with basic courtesy and given a fair opportunity to explain myself before being judged or threatened. It’s unfortunate that one person’s treatment of a guest can ruin what would otherwise have been another stay at a place we had visited many times. Management should take guest concerns seriously and understand that respect goes both ways. After this experience, we will not be back.

  We enjoy the location and the cozy, family atmosphere of the Flamingo. The beds are comfy and the beach is easily accessable.

  I had called ahead to make sure that I could have a late check out. When I arrived, the front desk staff was very rude and refused to allow me a late check out. The floors were very dirty and the shower did not drain at all.
