    Needs a little more care, but good value for money

    The property is a good value for money, the lounge was nice and comfortable and the host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was also very easy and smooth. The rooms are quite spacious and bathroom has a bath which is good if you are staying with a child. Beds were comfortable and clean. It is close to Bournemouth and there are few shops and restaurants nearby.

    The property needs a bit of upgrade and little bit more cleaning especially the floor, the rugs and the kitchen. It would also be nice to have some curtains, more lights and the bedrooms could do with redecorating. Unfortunately, our neighbours were really really loud all evening and early in the morning. We also really struggled to find parking. The property could look nicer with a bit more care and some more decorum
