Flanders Hotel

Please note that any cots in selected rooms are available upon request at an additional charge of EUR 16 per cot per night and must be confirmed by the hotel before arrival. Contact details for the hotel are on the booking confirmation. If breakfast is not included in your reservation, you can still add it for EUR 27 per person. An invoice issued to a company is possible only if this is communicated at the time of making the reservation. If it is requested or provided at a later stage, this will no longer be possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests for a double or twin bed and a shower or bath; however, these preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
