Nice flat
Facilities and location
Difficult to find key box and dark stairwell. Street behind were aggressive n said they had reported parking there to police- I felt that they were going to damage my car.

Comfy, spacious, great shower, very good kitchen and all the utensils you need. Bed room was spacious and comfy bed. Nice outdoor space to relax, except the last few days there were workmen on the making one heck of a noise we thought they would come through the roof 🤦🏽♀️
Ok, the position is not that great above the shops one way road which has continuous traffic day and night windows not soundproof so extremely noisy. Having intermittent WiFi was an issue and not Netflix 🤷♀️ for evening entertainment! Luckily we brought our I pads reception was still intermittent. Quite a rough area with unruly youths and lots of street noise at night with their rather large headed dogs !!!

appartement was niet schoongemaakt, te zien aan alle spinnenwebben al lang niet gedaan! badkamer vies, toilet en wastafel niet schoon, schimmel bij de douchedeuren helaas geen reactie na klacht over hygiene

Enttäuschende, dreckige und überteuerte Unterkunft ohne funktionierende Dusche.
Die Lage war sehr praktisch, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Penzance entfernt.
Wir hatten leider eine ganze Reihe von Problemen mit dieser überteuerten Unterkunft. Erstens war es nicht gut geputzt und es lag Müll von den Vorgängern in der Küche. Zweitens gab es nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und zwischendurch gab es eine Fehlfunktion und es gab gar kein Wasser. Trotz mehrfachen Kontaktversuchen an die verwaltende Firma (Sykes Holiday Cottages), blieb das Wasser kalt und wir mussten auf eigene Kosten im Fitnesscenter duschen. Der Besitzer war nicht erreichbar und Sykes Holiday Cottages reagierte auf keine Nachricht über booking. Nie wieder.
