Disappointed
We’ve stayed here before and always want to come back as it’s a great location always clean and home from home.
Due to having no parking permit it really affected the holiday and relaxing time. To pay for parking we could only stay 4 hours and then had to move the car. The park and ride was only available for 2 days and then you couldn’t park in there for 24 hours. So, as well as the parking prices we also had a parking ticket and constantly trying to move the car. We paid over £700 for 4 nights nights and I can’t say we felt relaxed due to this which ruined it for us. Sadly defiantly won’t be going back :(

Conveniently located- right in the middle of town
The flat looked really stylish and lovely in the pictures but on arrival we quickly discovered that the flat itself really need some good TLC. Thing were falling apart (paint peeling off the wall, dining chairs were all wobbly). The sliding window that were put in place for second insulation don’t work properly so if you’re trying to open the window, they slide off and can fall off (big safety issue). On arrival, one of the window panel was left leaning against the window itself, it had clearly come off. On our third night, that panel itself fell onto the dining table whilst I was sitting there (luckily missed me by a few inches). If you have a young child and visit during the summer, this properly wouldn’t be the one until the windows get fixed. This property is being managed by Dart Valley who have been very good and prompt at their response. We decided to leave a day early just because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving our six year old in the flat after the incident.

Nice apartment
The kitchen was lovely and spacious. Nice bathroom and big white towels were provided!
The directions to the property were inadequate. It’s not on Fairfax place, the door had numbers 3-4 on it! The kitchen could have had more utensils, serving dishes, water jug, teapot, mugs etc.
