    Good one

    It's a good place.

    The lift was in a not-so-good condition. The main door and exit mechanism were faulty throughout.

    Could be 5* but Cleanliness lets it down.

    First time using rented accommodation when visiting my hometown. This could be a 5* flat in a great location for exploring Aberdeen and surrounding area of Royal Deeside. The amenities were fantastic. Everything you need and more is available in the flat. Stocked cupboard of essentials although possible checks would ensure no BBD from 2018 are thrown away.

    Cleanliness needs to be improved. All the glass tables needed cleaning as did the induction hob. Magazines from 2023 under the coffee table didn’t impress. Bedding had stains which I put in the washing machine. Thankfully there was a change of bedding in the cupboard. I am always ‘wary’ of dark bedding in rental properties. Also a suggestion would be to add a topper to the mattress and purchase new bedding. Leftover fruit which was past its best would be better of thrown out.

    Super godt

    Meget god beliggenhed, og selvom der ikke var fysisk kontakt med udlejeren, var hun nem at kontakte.

    Det var ikke meget toiletpapir man havde tilrådelighed (2 ruller til 2 mennesker til en uge..). Spejlene kunne godt bruge en bedre rengøring, de var temmelig fedtet, med mærker der gjorde dem sværere at bruge.
