    Good For Attending Football Games

    Location excellent for going to the football. Good communication on the day of the stay.

    Shower head unclean and did not connect to the holder. No communication prior to the day of stay.

    We stayed in your apartment we booked through Booking.com. I’d like to raise a few concerns over our short stay. The buzzer to get into the flat wasn’t working. There were chipped glasses which caused me to cut my mouth in two places. There was no smoke alarm, which is a major health and safety concern for me, especially since my girlfriend has no sense of smell and has experienced a house fire before. We checked before booking that it was listed in your apartment that it had a smoke alarm, the fittings were there but no smoke alarm in place. This a standard regulation in all houses and especially flats, I will be raising this issue with booking.com as it will break regulations for them also —I never would have booked this knowing there were none, as it caused my girlfriend significant anxiety being on the top floor. There were no instructions or a welcome package with Wi-Fi passwords and relevant useful information I would expect when booking a stay Additionally, the pillow was dirty and clearly hadn’t been washed before my stay. Due to the smoke alarm issue and my girlfriends anxiety, we ended up checking out several hours before the check out time as my girlfriend simply couldn’t settle. I have attached all relevant pictures for you to look at. I’d appreciate a prompt response as to what you are going to do about this. Kind regards Josh Kennedy
