    Great location and easy key box access

    Great location Spacious main bedroom Nice bathroom Good communication throughout checking everything was ok and follow up call after

    High £350 deposit and way they tried to encourage people to pay £60 non refundable deposit, (stating most people do this) and the amount of personal details needed eg photo of passport/ driving license. Also done via link which took you out of booking.com platform. Checked this with Booking.com and they said it was ok to do so. Although we were concerned initially we did get our £350 refunded back Travelled with baby and no black out blinds/curtains and had to be careful of steps into kitchen and stairs into property as flat was on the first floor but this wouldn’t be an issue for most people

    Great location, and well-appointed for a couple - more of a squeeze for 4

    Great location, close to Cullercoats Bay and local cafes and shops. Main bedroom well-appointed and generous-sized bathroom. Plenty of comfy seating in the lounge, and well-equipped kitchen. Clear instructions re check-in & out, good comms with hosting company.

    Security deposit seemed exorbitantly expensive, especially for a 2-night stay. 2nd bedroom was small, and this would have been more of an issue if we had stayed for longer, as would the lack of dining space (limited to a 2-person breakfast bar).

    Comfortable and near the sea

    Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped. Close to the sea front. Easy parking. Clear instructions.

    The surprise of being asked for a £350 deposit. It was in the small print but we didn’t notice it.

    Perfect location, great flat to stay in.

    The flat is in a wonderful location with the sea at the end of the street. Walking into Whitley Bay town is about 10 minutes. We could park our car right outside, lovely quiet neighbourhood. The flat itself is very spacious and had everything in it that you would need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.
