It was a great stay here in Rome!
The hosts was super friendly and helpful when I checked out, and they kindly held my luggage for me until I finished my schedule in the afternoon. The conversation is flawless, and they will reply to the questions quickly when messaging them. You can also find hosts when they are cleaning the room. The location is convenient as you can take buses and the subway to any sightseeing spots, and you can even schedule a trip outside of Rome because Termini is right next to the guesthouse, less than a minute away. I felt very safe here; I left all my important belongings for five nights and they were completely safe, which really put my mind at ease. Of course you still need to lock the door and window before going outside, and confirm the gate is locked firmly. The room is clean and everything is in good condition. The bed is comfortable, and there's kitchenware and a refrigerator for storing beverages and ingredients to make food.

Overall, highly recommended and we would gladly stay here again.
We stayed at this guesthouse for a few nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spotless with fresh sheets, a clean bathroom, and plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable, WiFi worked reliably, and everything matched the description. The location is excellent—close to transport and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to give local recommendations, which made our stay easier. For the price, it offers great value.

Thank you for a great stay.
It was clean and spacious. The owners were great with communication and were very accommodating. It is in a fabulous location - very close to the train station.
