  Excelente hospedagem em Pinheiros.

  Adoramos a estadia, as fotos do Booking correspondem exatamente à realidade. O estúdio é lindo, bem decorado, com todos os equipamentos necessários para uma excelente estadia. O colchão, travesseiros e roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. Além de tudo o condomínio é muito bom e a região é nota 10. Recomendo!

  Não tenho o que reclamar, gostei de tudo.

  Complete scam. The room is not for two people like advertised. No one could endure that. In addition there is a hidden cleaning fee that is the same price as the room that you can’t know until booking. She even books the room for two and the upon arrival tells you if you use more than one towel you will be fined. She hits you with a stream of threats upon entering. This property should be banned. Don’t go near it.

  Good place apartment and neighborhood, but host is unprepared to deal with the public.

  The system with the code is good, but the listing shows available check in from 3am til 9pm, and the host was very unfriendly when we got there in the morning. She said check-in was only after 3pm even though the listing said something different. she made it sound like she was doing us a favor while we had just planned and booked according to the listing. The rules of the house are also in a very rude tone, focusing on the cost for any minor thing like the use of more than one towel, etc. I don't think the host is prepared to deal with the public. The facility is nice and clean, but there are cracks in the shower and the shower transition is too low so the bathroom floods easily.

  O apartamento fica num prédio bastante seguro, com portaria 24 horas. Bem localizado! Por dentro, o apartamento é uma graça, muito bem equipado.

  Considerando o nível da acomodação e o capricho em tudo, acho que poderia ter toalhas de banho e rosto mais novas. Eu acabei comprando duas toalhas avulsas pra usar.
