Good location, but apartment needs mold removal
The location is fantastic. It is few meters away from Paulista ave. Close to metro stations, bars, cafes, tour meeting point etc There is a 24h reception and a great feel of safety. Room is spacious and perfect for two people
Minor problem, only one guy in the reception could speak English. Major problems: moisture and noise. There was a severe moisture problem in the bedroom of the apartment. The wall behind the AC was painted only to cover the mold but it was there. You could smell it. You could see it. I was at room 206 and I really believe that this room should not be rented before permanent mold removal!! Not just a quick paint!!!!! Another problem is the noise from the street but this may not affect a heavy sleeper

Very good price vs quality!
The staff off the building and the room size including the furniture.
You had to walk uphill to enter the hotel, but you would have the same at another hotel in that area
