    Great location, but highly overpriced for the condition and layout

    The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which we really appreciated.

    We paid a lot of money for this stay, and it was absolutely not worth the high price. The elevator only goes to the 4th or 5th floor; since the apartment is on floor 4.5, you have to go up or down stairs first, followed by a very narrow spiral staircase, which is quite difficult when carrying a large suitcase. Inside, there was a noticeable pipe smell in the bathroom, and the cleanliness could be improved as we found long hairs on the shower walls and floor. The view is just facing an interior courtyard. The sofa bed is noisy and uncomfortable, and opening it leaves no space in the room; plus, it was piled with cushions and blankets with no proper place to store them. Additionally, there is no microwave or oven, the dining setup consists of a folding table directly under the TV with uncomfortable stools, and the curtains are very thin.
