    Was very clean and tidy but feeling neglected. Great location.

    Location to old town ,cafes and restaurants

    The top floor property needs some maintenance as showing neglect. Curtains falling off and ill fitting. kettle leaks so use it and empty it or you get a puddle on the floor. It needs replacing as dangerous. The guide for the sliding toilet door is broken so it flaps about and bangs into the skirting board. One of the cupboard doors was hanging off as screws loose. I made a temporary repair but again it needs looking at. The toilet has a constant water leak so is wasting thousands of litres a year. As said it needs some basic maintenance.

    Great Value for Money

    Great value for the price. Just on the edge of the medieval part of Girona so a short walk from most activities but quiet enough to have a restful stay. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes and bars from doorstep to about 10mins walk away. The main train station from Barcelona is also a 10min walk away. The flat is clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful view of the city from the living room. Free outdoor parking or covered parking for 15E a day through the seller was 10mins walk away. We used the free parking and there was usually one or two spaces whenever we looked. This property is an excellent and comfortable base for exploring the beautiful areas surrounding Girona and the Pyranees

    The curtains are not enough to cover the windows in the living room and easily come off in the bedroom (more precarious to put back). The lift was also not working for the duration of our stay, initially due to repairworks and then the doors would not open on our floor (4th).
