Lots of potential that fails to deliver.

Location is excellent and the size of the apartment is amazing. Great location with lots to do nearby and centrally located.

Host was rude at times, and slow to respond. Also the AC is available but not under your control, the host sets the temperature and does not give you ability to change it, when asked I was told that: "The set temperature of 76F is a perfectly acceptable and adequate". Also the showers did not drain properly, which led to several bathroom floodings, when I messaged the host I was told to: "Could you please investigate and let us know if this is something that can be fixed easily or would need a more thorough intervention", they never followed up or corrected the issue. Also only 1 of the water heaters was working, which meant that only half of the apartment had hot water, the other water heater even after being reset would not function properly. Host was also unwilling to let us drop our luggage off before check in (2hrs early), we didnt need to fully check in just to put our luggage inside the apartment, even though they were done cleaning. I know this because we stayed there until they gave us the code, and there was no one in or out of the apartment during that time period.
