Very modern ,ideal for dogs.
Location was great,loved the enclosed property for our dog. Jacuzzi was lovely and warm. Cafe 33 was brilliant,food was amazing.the bed linen smelt lovely and clean and facilities were great ,had everything you needed.
The bed mattress was too thin very uncomfortable.setee not comfy either . Dust under beds and settee with someone's slippers left behind so hadn't been cleaned very good under settee.

It was a really lovely stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
It was in a good spot to get to the sea and shops in Brean.
Lack of blinds or curtains in sitting room. On one occasion a customer who was going to the cafe walked up to the property and looked in the window thinking it was the cafe. Luckily we were in our car as we were going out.
