  worst experience ever! host refuses to give a refund even though we left in less than 24hrs

  nothing. the place was filthy. full of soffit infested cobwebs

  Unfortunately, our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The property was very dirty and appeared to be infested with spiders, with spiders even crawling on the beds. The bathroom and kitchen soffits were covered in cobwebs, with dirty tissues and spiders coming down from the ceiling. (Tenant argued its normal as the property has a surrounding garden which partly used by noisy nursery right above) The mattresses were mouldy, there was dirt left behind by previous tenants, and the oven was filthy with grease. There was also mould visible in various corners throughout the house. (the first thing you find is an air freshner to be used to mask odour) Several appliances and fixtures were not functioning properly. The kettle did not switch off automatically, which presented a potential fire hazard. The sink did not drain, and the washing machine did not spin. There was also a cleaning room containing potentially dangerous cleaning chemicals that were not locked away. The room had a very unpleasant smell that extended towards one of the bedrooms. Overall, the property was not in the clean, safe or well-maintained condition we expected. We had to leave for our safety.

  We stopped in Munich on our way to Garmisch, and this place was simply amazing for our large group. It offered a very go

  Very comfortable for a large group.

  The shower in one of the bathrooms was functioning properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom.

  A great, comfortable place for the extended family to stay, with good facilities. Within easy walking distance from suburban and underground trains (and buses, too.)

  The only - very minor - issue was the small step between the kitchen and living room, which is easy to miss, leading to a few stumbles. It would be helpful if this could be marked in some way to be more noticeable.
