  The location is great, the apartment is modern but requires maintenance and the building staff was also very good to us and they were able to help us with some problems we had.

  The building has many other units for rent, and the apartment's walls and windows are very thin. You can hear all the noise from neighboring apartments, which makes it hard to rest. The beds are in poor condition and all of them creak whenever you move. The living room sofa is also in poor condition and badly sagging. Remote tv controls didnt work, even though we got replacement batterries from the host. Finally, because of the apartment's location, a lot of people come here to party. We couldn't rest for two nights in a row because other apartments had loud music and people singing on their balconies until maybr after 3 a.m. Unfortunately, the staff did nothing to stop it on either night. I had to speak with the building manager the next day to get the problem resolved

  Good value but longer stays would be difficult

  First, the staff were really responsive. We needed a chair for the shower for my mother n law and they took care of it. Had oil, and coffee and paper towels. Literally 1 block from a Walmart express. They were really good with helping the check in and out too.

  My biggest issue with most, including here was that we were cooking but only had the number of plates and cups for us, no storage things. No extra spices.

  DEJO MUCHO, MUCHO QUE DESEAR¡¡¡

  me gusto mucho la ubicación, porque se presta a donde realizo mis actividades, el acceso medio confuso al principio porque me cambiaron de departamento en el ultimo momento, pero se entiende por la demanda del lugar y las fechas.

  COSAS MUY IMPORTANTES: LA HABITACIÓN TENIA CUCARACHAS¡¡ LITERAL Y QUE LA ANFITRION O ANFITRIONA LO CHEUQE CON SU SU DEPTO DE LIMPIEZA. LES SUGERI QUE PONGAN UN REPETIDOR DE INTERNT, LA SEÑAL ESTA LITERAL LO QUE SIGUE DE PESIMA, LA ANFITRION O ANFITRIONA NO SE, PERSONA RESPONSABLE, TARDA MUCHO TIEMPO EN RESPONDER, ESO INDICA QUE NO LE PONE ATENCION AL CLIENTE, UNO ESPERA RESPUESTAN INMEDIATAS NO A LA HORA A LA QUE LA PERSONA ENCARGADA "TENGA TIEMPO DE ATENDER AL HUESPED". OTRO PUNTO IMPORTANTE, LA HORA DE SALIDA ERA A LAS 11.00 HORAS Y LA PERSONA DE LIMPIEZA ENTRO UNA HORA ANTES LITERAL A CORRERME DE MI ALOJAMIENTO. LA VERDAD QUE MAL GUSTO, ENTIENDO QUE TENGA DEMANDA DE OCUPACION, PERO SE LE MANDO UN MENSAJE (COSA QUE NO TUVO LA AMABILIDAD DE CONSIDERAR O TOMAR EN CUENTA) PARA PEDIRLE TIEMPO DE ENTREGARLE A LAS 10.50, COSA QUE NO OCURRIO, PORQUE NO RESPONDE¡¡ OJALA Y ENTIENDA Y APRENDA QUE EL HUESPED NECESITA RESPUESTAS, NO EXCUSAS Y OTRA COSA¡¡ PRECIO ES LO QUE PAGAS, VALOR LO QUE RECIBES Y LA VERDAD QUEDARON A DEBER EN EL VALOR. LOS ACCESORIOS DEL BAÑO SE CAEN, CADA QU CUELGAS UNA TOALLA SE CAE EL TOALLERO, NO HAY UNA PERSONA DE MANTENIMIENTO QUE TE PUEDA APOYAR.. LA VERDAD EL DINERAL QUE PAGUE, POR LO QUE RECIBI NO TIENE NADA QUE VER¡¡ OJALA Y LOS DUEÑOS O ENCARGADOS TOMEN EN CUENTA ESTE MENSAJE PORQUE DE VERDAD, ES PESIMA LA ATENCION POR PARTRE DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN ENCARGADA.
