Great - if you like surprises
Excellent location, clean and well equipped.
Before the host will send you entry codes they contact you and require access to your credit card and charge a €200 deposit (refunded upon satisfactory check-out). They say its a policy of the management but fail to mention this in the policy section on Booking.com. You only learn about this after you have booked and paid them for the room. Perhaps they have had bad experiences and room damage in the past but that is no excuse for hiding this policy until the nonrefundable booking has been processed. The wifi was not working when we arrived. After claiming the fault was our phones the host had an IT guy try to reset the router remotely. When that did not work they discovered a faulty cable connection and restored the wifi later that evening.
