    Net en schoon appartement maar erg stressvol door het harde en langdurige bouwlawaai dagelijks

    De kamer was heel schoon, aardig compleet en netjes. De keuken en de badkamer zagen er heel nieuw uit. De eigenaar vroeg ons ook of hij moest helpen de koffers naar boven te brengen, dat was aardig. Ook was je vanaf het appartement zo in Niederau of in de mooie bossen.

    Er werd echt pal naast ons appartement een groot huis gebouwd. Er stonden dagelijks 3 bussen met aannemers en er was veel bouwlawaai. Dit begon al om 7.15 tot soms wel 17.00. We hebben absoluut niet van de rust kunnen genieten. Op ons balkon konden we al helemaal niet zitten want er was met al die bouwvakkers totaal geen privacy. We hebben dit op dag één medegedeeld aan de eigenaar. Hij gaf aan het vervelend te vinden maar dit bouwproject is van een andere eigenaar. Wij snappen dit maar er is ons van tevoren niets verteld over de situatie. Erg vervelend want uitslapen of overdag rustig in het appartement zijn is er echt niet bij. Ergens voelen we ons toch een beetje bedrogen vooral als je lekker voor je rust naar Oostenrijk gaat en we dit gewoon niet zelf hadden kunnen weten.
