Great, very spacious fully equipped apartment for a big group
It’s a huge place, very comfortable for a big group (like us - sports club, coaches with kids); apartment is fully equipped. You have literally everything - even first aid kit! It’s super convenient, plus they made us a welcome box filled with local products (including a bottle of red wine)
It’s almost impossible to sleep due to the metro sound, it’s so strong that the glasses in the kitchen make sound, and it goes on and off every 10 min from 5 am till super late at night. For us this was a huge disappointment as children needed a good sleep because of competition. I would not recommend this place if you have sensitive sleep or spend lots of time in the apartment

It is near to the Metro station. Many places were within walking distance. The place is pretty safe even when we came home late. Our apartment were on the 4th floor amd there is a vintage lift. Very spacious for a group of 5 adults.
Upstairs neighbour were very loud. Kids running around at 12 midnight and sometimes even at 3am. Walls and ceiling are very thin so u tend to hear everything.

Het appartement is top. Praktische en mooi interieur. Alles is aanwezig. De communicatie is zeer efficiënt maar ook wat formeel.
Je hoort de metro maar dat stoorde niet erg. Wel is het een oud gebouw en hoor je geluid door de plafonds. Wij hoorden veel lawaai boven ons en konden iemand horen snurken door het plafond. Ik vind het wat jammer dat er onmiddellijk een meerprijs wordt aangerekend wanneer je enkel je bagage een uurtje of 2 vroeger wil afzetten (maar ook wel weer begrijpelijk omdat er niemand aanwezig is & ze dus de code niet vroeger kunnen geven, zonder zeker te weten of je dan al dan niet onmiddellijk gebruik maakt van het appartement.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit einem tollen Gastgeber.
Vielen Dank für den Willkommens-Korb! Häufige Nachfrage vom Gastgeber (nicht aufdringlich), ob alles ok ist oder wir Hilfe/Unterstützung brauchen per WhatsApp. Die Anweisungen (Check-In, Fahrstuhlnutzung, Müllentsorgung, Chcek-Out uvm.) waren sehr hilfreich und sehr gut gegliedert und strukturiert. Ich wünschte, man hätte das in jeder Unterkunft. Die Lage war perfekt: direkt an der U-Bahn, Restaurants (Meu Brasil III haben wir sehr genossen) und Supermärkte (wir waren immer im sehr gut sortierten Continente) sind ganz in der Nähe und fußläufig erreichbar.
Mir fällt nichts ein.
