  Gemütliche,schöne Wohnung,sauber und alles da,was man braucht! Easy check in. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt!

  Das einzige,war die Türklinke vom Bad die lose war und nicht geschlossen werden konnte,,haben wir aber repariert und es war kein großer Problem.

  La ubicación es maravillosa a 5 minutos de la Grote Mark, al lado de río.

  Pues para comenzar no contestan ninguna duda, ningún correo ni nada. Para seguir pedimos poder dejar las maletas pq llegamos prontito asi que supusimos que habría que entrar a las 3 si o si. Y a las 3 no nos iban las claves y tuvimos q ponernos en contacto con atención al cliente para que tomase medidas. Cuando entramos en el rellano todo estaba sucio y lleno de bichos. En el apartamento: no había agua caliente nos quejamos y no contestaron, había suciedad en el suelo, ducha y baño, un montón de insectos no voy a especificar, y el lavavajillas ni sacarlo. La terracilla... ser un punto positivo para algunos pero estaba sucia y daba la ventana al rellano y se abría desde ahí, por lo que tenía acceso al piso. Yo me he llevado una gran decepción.

  Het was ok, verder een prima weekend gehad👍

  De locatie en de studio op zich was top👍

  Er is geen communicatie geweest, er wordt niet gebeld en alles per mail/app Wanneer je een probleem hebt, blijft t een probleem (we hadden geen warm water😟)

  Very poor.

  The location

  Very poor response when we couldn’t get into the unit. Concerning that the door handle had been broken off. We then had to find another place to stay. They told us that they would contact Booking.com to refund us but when I contacted Booking.com (5 days later) they told me that they had not contact them to organise the refund. Booking.com then organised a this. I requested Flax to refund the tax that was paid separately but with no luck.

  Disappointing. All aesthetics no comfortability.

  We had a problem with the place. It wasn't comfortable or cozy, especially after an 7 ish hour flight, and we didn't feel the place had the privacy someome expects. It was more like a cafe converted into an Airbnb, and that's exactly the feeling it gives. There were spiderwebs in the entrance ,the bedroom, with a strong basement smell, was claustrophobic, and other details so we decided to leave shortly after arriving to a hotel. We're still waiting for them to have the decency to give us a refund for a stay that we didn't enjoy and that didn't meet our expectations but they have been avoidant and not solving the issue. They could have cancel our stay the very first day and rent it to someone else but they decided to act like we stayed there until the end, probably with the intention of refusing a refund, but its already being handled by booking.com. It's okay to make things aesthetic but they have to be functional as well. If people dont book your place then you can't be a host, so I don't get how they could be so careless.
