    Great value for money. Good location.

    Excellent value for money. Great location. 30 minute walk into York Centre. Great park opposite. Co-op 5 minute walk.

    It was good could have been better if above necessary issues were not there.

    Nice clean house.

    Sink was blocked, NO had-wash and shower Gel. Hot water kettle need replacement.
