    Good indoors, not bad outdoors

    The property was well groomed. It’s a km from the ferry to Whitianga.

    We went in winter and it didn’t have heat pumps in any of the 3 bedrooms. The property is more commercial and has units closer to each other so if outside doesn’t give the privacy needed

    Very comfortable and pleasant location. The unit is very well equipped and quiet. Easy access to Cooks beach and nice wa

    Very comfortable and well located with easy access to the ferry - about 1.5 kms away. There are some nice walks nearby with great beaches nearby.
