An Authentic Stay in Hanoi
Great location and incredibly friendly staff. They accommodated a room swap for the last night and allowed us to keep our bags there after check out time to catch a later bus. They were very communicative through WhatsApp to check if they could help in any way and had a very professional attitude.
The rooms were a bit unequipped. The Terrace Suite was lacking tables and chairs so there was really no way to enjoy that space as intended. It also had a quite confusing shower system and it was quite easy to burn yourself. The TV was not connecting well to the WiFi but this seemed to fix itself the second night. The mini fridge wasn't stocked with anything, and when we later tried the king suite, there was no fridge in the room at all. Some light fixtures and small details could do with repair, but the rooms were cleaned well and generally comfortable.

TRAVEL DONT COME HERE!!
TRAVEL SCAMS!! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE the AC is not working properly and the room was very hot we couldn't sleep The towel they give us is a GYM towel with bad smell . There was noise all the night from the doors and the stairs out side strong noises! The didn't give us a blanket just the cover. Do yourself a favor and sort come here. Even when you told them all this day want us to stay to leave with no pay if we don't put bad comments on booking.
