    Beautiful, comfy, tranquil place

It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. Exactly what I needed to get away for the weekend. The bath was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable.

We're so glad we chose to spend our anniversary weekend away at Fleetwood cottage this weekend. This quaint cottage exceeded our expectations, and it was just what we needed!  The picturesque garden view alone made our little staycation worth it, and we were delighted to get a glimpse of Fergus the cow.  Knowing full well how cold it can get in the hills at this time of year, we were equipped with spare blankets and supplies just in case, however we found none of it was needed, as the heating was more than adequate, making for cosy stay. The scented candles and boutique local teas are a nice touch too. Our full continental breakfast with eggs and bacon was a treat. Celine was a very friendly and helpful host, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Being greeted at the front door by Whinnie, an adorable border collie, did top off a lovely weekend.  Whilst feeling far away from civilisation, this place is very central - close to lovely cafes, restaurants, wineries, and the Aldgate shops.  Thanks again for a peaceful and enjoyable anniversary weekend away.

We would certainly stay here again, though our only feedback would be that a stovetop burner would be fantastic for those who aren't too confident with an air fryer or bbq (though the latter are both supplied and probably more than sufficient for most).

Next time I visit South Oz I’ll be sure to stay her again. I adore the hills of Adelaide. So many amazing places to visi

Fleetwood Cottage is just beautiful. The old world charm is exhibited throughout both inside and outside. Very tastefully decorated and every detail has been considered to make your stay comfortable. From the soft sheets to the bath sheets to wrap you up after the shower or bath if you prefer. We enjoyed having our breakfast out on the verandah each morning to the sound of the birds. We were sad to leave.

There was nothing I could say that was negative at all.

A beautiful escape during the winter!

We loved that the cottage was tucked away and the setting was so picturesque and quiet. It was the perfect spot for travelling to wineries within the hills and the breakfast provided gave us plenty of fuel for the days! To have Winnie and Fergus there also was such a bonus! Celine was the perfect host and we’ll definitely be back!
