    Exceptional hotel in a fantastic location. Courteous and attentive staff. Sumptuous accommodation.

    The wonderful staff went the extra mile to recognise my wife's birthday - this made our experience extra special.

    Beautiful hotel in an expensive, but central location.

    Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed. Close to the tube. Shower was good.

    Our room was quite noisy from construction and general traffic noise.
