    Great location and a fantastic opportunity to stay in such an impressive building

    We loved the character of the building with lots of features. Great location with beautiful views. Quiet position close to nature. Good value for money.

    The kitchen is quite restrictive making it a challenge to prepare food for larger groups. Top floor bathroom wasn’t very practical, no lock on the door and it didn’t shut properly, shower over the bath was affected if any other outlets were used.

    Lovely location with llamas & horses for neighbours & very peaceful & quiet at night.

    Our only problem was with the mattresses on the beds, all of which were in need of renewal.

    We booked this specific place for a little weekend away with our dog. Our little Jack Russell had the best time of his life on the trails around the property. We did see quiet a few foxes, squirrels and rabbits. We booked the Sett which was great for us and very clean and tidy with all the necessities included. We were also welcomed immediately after we arrived to make sure everything was right for us which was very nice and thoughtful. We will be returning.
