    Terrible! Inhumane.

    we got there at 2am after a flight with a 5 hours delay. We couldn't find the code to the apartment because it wasn't written in the message. Me and my friend had to sleep outside of the apartment in the street when it was raining!!!! He didn't answer to us at all! We called 50 times during that night and messaged and emailed and even contacted the owner of the place which was completely useless. We got inside the apartment at 9am!!! After 7 hours outside of the apartment with rain and mice noises from next to us. That was absolutely a nightmare. And he didn't even apologise when I confronted him about that and asked for a refund. He not only wouldn't let me a refund for that night, he didn't even show a bit of remorse towards what happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there, even though the price is tempting. You don't want to go through what I did.

    Very nice stay in Chicago

    Good location, easy access, nice restaurants and transport nearby.

    A bit far to walk to the train multiple times a day. Hard to gain initial access, but once we did it was easy.

    Amazing location! The apartment had exactly the amount of space we needed and loved all of the necessities that were provided for us. I'd definitely stay here again!:)

    The shower liner could've been changed, questionable stains on the shower curtain and the blanket in the first bedroom. I would also recommend a better/faster way to contact the owner for emergencies
