    This is a great place to stay. Great value 😁

    No information pack, where to put garbage, no instruction booklet to washer/dryer although it was great to have access to one. Second bathroom leaks water everywhere when showering. No instructions on using the electronic tag to open door was a little tricky. Overall though we loved staying there, we loved the location and the apartment.

    The apartment was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with a nicely renovated interior. Although it is not right in the city centre, the location worked well for us — around a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute Bolt ride to the centre. Being slightly away from the busy tourist areas also meant that it was peaceful, with no street noise or unpleasant smells. The air conditioning worked very well, and having an elevator was also convenient.

    We had a drainage problem in the bathroom attached to the smaller bedroom, where water backed up from the drain. We notified the host and received a response, but unfortunately there was no follow-up or action taken during our stay. Another inconvenience was that there was no towel replacement during our four-night stay. Only one set of towels was provided, so we had to wash and reuse them ourselves. Although the apartment itself has been nicely renovated, the kitchenware seems to be much older. There was only one pot that was properly compatible with the new induction cooktop, and the frying pan provided was noticeably dented. Updating the cookware would make the apartment much more practical and comfortable for guests.
