It was a stressful and awful place to stay.
The location was great, the elevator and AC were very nice.
The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, there was hair in and on the bed and masses of hair in the living room, they provided towels with lipstick on them, and the shower in the en-suite bathroom completely flooded the bathroom, even after they said they repaired it. They provided no hand soap, both shower dispensers for shampoo/gel were empty, the primary bedroom closet had only 3 hangers (and my request for more was denied), and they provide a coffee maker but no coffee pods. And to make matters worse, booking.com said they and their legal team would get involved but did nothing to help us find alternative accommodations, saying only that the property would not return their calls after waiting several days. We ended up leaving a day early.

Nice and roomy, right next to Praça do Comércio.
The apartment is very nice and roomy : two full bathrooms, to large bedrooms. Location was great! AC was very efficient. Elevator to get to 4th floor. Great washing machine with two drying racks. Instruction manual provided for the oven/micro-wave (you will need it).
Kitchen was missing some basics: no salt and pepper, no peeler, no spatula, no scissors, only two dishwasher tablets were provided. Can’t use both showers at the same time ; only two very small soap bars provided. Would have been nice to have an extra set of bed sheet to use the couch as and extra bed. Curtains in bedrooms were not that efficient.
