    Basic appartement op een handige locatie

    Locatie was perfect, aankomst was goed geregeld met duidelijke communicatie. Appartement zeer ruim en de basis klopte. Complex ook keurig

    Veel kapotte meubels, voelde als een appartement gericht op studenten ipv een volwassen stel. Matige afwerking (lampen kapot etc), weinig spullen, zoals handzeep

    Great location, but completely ruined by terrible cleanliness and stressful customer service.

    Flat and location

    The apartment itself and the location were actually great, which makes it even more disappointing how bad the cleanliness and service were. When we arrived, the place was honestly filthy—the countertops and tables were sticky, there were breadcrumbs left on the chairs, and the floors and carpets were covered in dust and hair. They sent a cleaner the next day, but they did a really sloppy job and left the floors and tables still dirty. Our stay was completely ruined because we've had to spend every single day fighting with their WhatsApp team and customer service just to get a fair resolution. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place
